Redbridge Carnival is here again, and Wilson Chowdry and his team
have done another splendid job organising another fun filled event

I went to the tail end of the show last year which was held in
Goodmayes Annex Park and they were terrific.

This is a show put on without charge for Redbridge residents,
we are not charged for this event.
Sponsors throughout the borough
have kindly submitted money to
host this event with a small
contribution from the council.
The rest is volunteer spirit.

Some of the Brothers and sisters
are planing to attend on Sat
afternoon between 2:30pm
and 8pm. Would be good to
see you there with deckchair
and refreshments.

I will also try to get to see some
of the live shows on Sun if able.
Let me know if you are planning
to come so we get an idea
of numbers and will look out
for you.

that flourished in New York’s Harlem in the 1920s and 30s.
Harry Strutter’s Hot Rhythm Orchestra brings you the
exuberance of the music of the era and the dance
routines are recreated by the fabulous

John Martin hosted a Winter Ball last Year at the Manor of Groves Hotel which was for many a really good night. He has organised another for this Year.

I booked up since June so no doubt will see you there, if John can get enough numbers to make this event feasible that is. he is really asking for your support as he is still short of the numbers he needs.,
